Return Policy

As everything is made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
*If you have received a defective item, please contact us right away upon receiving your item so that we can make arrangements for a new one.

If you need to cancel an order you will be issued a store credit as we do not do refunds.

We ship via Canada Post.

Standard Tracked Shipping  (3-9 days)

Expedited Shipping (2-4 days)
